**Description**:** ROLE DESCRIPTION**
- Responsibility for giving technical support to the assigned area and process. Daily follow up of the manufacturing process assigned (yield, production to plan, quality) to ensure alignment with the plant objectives.
- Data compilation and analysis via statistical analysis tools and report preparation.
- Improvements for the process safety and performance identification, study and proposal.
- Process documentation package preparation: operating procedures, safety standard conditions and process description, and training.
- Manrep for process related projects.
- Responsibility for shifts process training.
- Collaboration with process hazard analysis and change over preparation as well as incident investigation

- Manufacturing Technology Eng/Scientist: Provides process, materials, and/or equipment engineering technical expertise in a technology area to manufacturing operations to maintain production performance or restore process capability when the product or standard process is no longer safe, stable, predictable or in control.
- Participates as part of a team to upgrade products and processes by implementing modifications ranging from incremental daily improvements to technology game changes.
- Develops improved process instrumentation and control strategies, process safety, yields, capacity and uptime performance.
- Helps to train personnel and build in the manufacturing line organization to maintain and enhance operations.
- Serves as first response to plant technical issues and assits in trouble shooting process or equipment issues
