From Hays Response we are searching a Logistics Distribution Technician to work for a multinational cosmetics company based in Barcelona.
This person will be working in Logistics division to follow-up shipments from HQ warehouse to final customers, interface between local Customer Service and carriers.
**Key responsibilities**: organize and coordinate direct transport with carriers and HQ Warehouse, to follow-up direct shipments in order to ensure the service to the final customers, communicate with Local Customer Service to solve customers' complaints, analyze logistics incidences and take action with carriers to reduce delivery issues, carry out the tasks of issuing and preparing documents for specifics countries, review POD (Proof of Delivery) date is correctly entered to ensure proper invoicing and monitor returns being in contact with Local customer service and carrier.
We are offering a six-month contract by Hays initially, with the possibility to extend it, competitive salary, flexible work scheduling (Monday-Thursday entrance from 7h - 9h and end time from 16h to 18h and Friday until 14h), subsidized canteen and immediate incorporation to the company.
