Emea Product Manager, Breast Surgery

**Job Description Summary**: As Product Manager, you will support the launch of the Galaflex Line of Scaffolds in breast cancer surgery and in aesthetic breast surgery in EMEA.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Translate customer needs into marketing strategies and tactics.
- Contribute to developing and executing the marketing plan.
- Develop marketing materials (such as brochures, videos, demo-kits, online contents) to fuel omnichannel campaigns.
- Support the organization of congresses and educational events.
- Ensure new assets are internally approved (Ad Prom process) and available to sales reps (Showpad).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, ProfEd, Medical affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Legal) to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Provide tender support to customer service team and sales reps.

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in marketing in the medical device industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Growth mindset, can do attitude.
- Strong drive for results. High degree of accountability: take ownership of tasks and get things done.
- Fluent in English. Additional languages are considered as an advantage
- Travel 20%
