Nuestro cliente, una Travel Tech ubicada en Barcelona está buscando a su Product Management para gestionar y coordinar a los diferentes product managers. Algunas de las funciones de este pefil serán:
- Contratar y formar buenos product managers.
- Trasladar a su equipo el conocimiento de negocio sobre Marketing, ventas, servicios, finanzas, usuarios, clientes...
- Ayudar en la planificación trimestral y asignar objetivos a los equipos.
- Investigación y evaluación de la competencia y las tendencias de la industria.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência en un puesto similar.
- Conocimiento en varias materias de negocio (marketing, ventas....)
- Capacidad de liderazgo y de formación de equipos.
- Persona analítica.
- Buen nível de Inglés.
**Condiciones**
- ** **Híbrido, 3 días en la oficina y 2 en remoto.
