Product Management Intern
- Supporting activities related to Product Management and Technical Documentation
- Supporting the Product Team, managing backlog tasks, and building product knowledge
- Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Management

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with our product team to understand product requirements and objectives.
- Assist in translating user needs into technical specifications.
- Review and edit existing documentation for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guides.
- Support activities related to product readiness throughout the product development life cycle
- Participate on the deployment of new versions and features within the platform, this includes deployment queue planning, weekly reviews, impact analysis, and managing deadlines
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations on key performance indicators.
- Work with product designers to understand and contribute to the user experience design process.
- Communicate effectively with team members, documenting progress and challenges.

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- **Must-have**:

- Degree or Professional Training related to Computer Science, Engineering, or English.
- 0-3 years of professional experience.
- Written and oral English advanced.
- Basic data treatment knowledge: JSON, CSV, SQL, Regex.

Nice-have**:

- Good understanding of pharma manufacturing environments.
- Experience with technical documentationGood understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and principles and cloud platforms(AWS), SaaS.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Strong interest in product management and the technical aspects of product development.
