**Your mission**:
In this role you will be responsible for managing all the business topics regarding the accounts which are under your responsibility contributing to define beverages & gazpacho strategy and ensuring its best execution. You will be the direct external link with customer’s purchase team and will also support the manager in the direct link with Sector team. It is key that you possess clear leadership skills as you would be key to positively influence a multi-functional team (DX, Revenue, Catman, Supply and others) to reach annual goals.
**Responsibilities**:
**Your day to day with us**:
- Manages the core account relationship for a major beverage and gazpacho client, functioning as the central point of contact for their purchasing team.
- Assists the team with preparation and execution of local customer annual negotiations
- Provides strategic support to bridge the local team and international sales OT team, enabling the creation of a world-class customer engagement plan.
- Drive collaborative efforts across cross-functional teams (Demand Excellence, Revenue, Supply Chain, and others) to consistently deliver daily, monthly, and annual goals.
Qualifications:
**What will you need to succeed?**
- 2 years of proven track record of sales accomplishments and large complex selling
- Compelling, powerful communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence
- Ability to build winning relationships, both internally & externally
- Business & Financial Acumen
- Strategic outlook and focus on executing with excellence
- Proven experience in problem solving complex issues between customer and the organizational system
- Customer and results oriented
- Adaptable to rapidly changing environment
- Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Actionable store performance reports and metrics from SFA and Nielsen.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Food & Beverage Industry knowledge
- Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory
