**Summary**:

To help us on our mission, we are looking for a **Business Development Manager** to join our growing team in Spain. You’ll work hand in hand with our **Spain** **Country Manager** and **CEO** to define the market strategy and provide added value to our clients.

**About the role**:
You will be working together with the** CEO** and **Business Development** team to ensure APlanet’s growth within the Spanish market. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Defining the business strategy for Spain (this will involve researching the market, competitive landscape, etc.)
- Representing APlanet at local events, pitch competitions, trade fairs, etc.
- Management of client relationships from lead capture up to set-up and onboarding
- Building innovative ad-hoc proposals for our leads and clients
- Collaboration with our Product and Customer Success team to increase our value to our clients
- Ensuring APlanet’s growth and positioning as a leader in Sustainability tech solutions
**What we look for**:
- Previous knowledge and passion for CSR and sustainability.
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B business development role (experience in SaaS and CSR/Sustainability are a plus).
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Someone who is comfortable with change and has a willingness to take on new challenges
