We are looking for an ambitious and energetic person to join Criteo and support our fast growing People Operations Team. **What You'll Do** You will work within the Global People Operations Team based in Barcelona. Your mission will be to support the team in different HR areas, with a focus on onboarding. - Manage onboarding processes of newcomers globally: - First point of contact from the People Operations team for newcomers. - Maintain and update newcomers HR data within our HRIS tool. - Employment contract preparation. - Management of employees files. - Partnership with other teams involved in onboarding in order to provide a best in class onboarding experience for newcomers (Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Global Mobility, IT, Workplace, etc).- Work in true partnership with other People Operation colleagues, Payroll, People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits and Talent Management. - Have a full and detailed view on Criteo Policies and Compliance. - Drive consistency and efficiency for core People related processes. - Properly handle employee requests through responsiveness, follow-up, and escalation with a focus on delivering a professional service and working towards defined SLAs and goals. - Be involved in additional HR projects when necessary. **Who You Are** - 6 months to 1/2 years experience in HR with a focus on HR operational tasks. - Good administrative and HR technical skills. Experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow is a plus. - English fluency (written/spoken) + any other language is a plus. - High level of attention to detail and organization skills. - Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a fast-paced and multicultural environment. - Great communication skills and ability to handle confidential information. - Passion for People and strong team player.
