Todos los días, aceptamos el desafío de marcar la diferencia y así es como el rol de Launch Management Responsible tendrá un impacto:
Las responsabilidades claves para este rol son:
- Gestionar y liderar los proyectos de nuevos lanzamientos y de transferencias de fabricación, así como otros proyectos relacionados con el ciclo de vida de los productos, al objeto de que se cumplan los plazos y el nível de calidad requeridos para los mismos, debiendo para ello:
- Mantener actualizados calendarios y bases de datos para futuros lanzamientos a corto, medio y largo plazo.
- Agendar y preparar reuniones periódicas de seguimiento, resumir las conclusiones y hacer seguimiento para que se lleven a cabo.
- Dar soporte proactivo a todas las áreas implicadas para que tengan la información necesaria con antelación y puedan cumplir sus objetivos en los plazos asignados.
- Repasar los puntos clave de los proyectos, al objeto de anticipar posibles puntos críticos y preparar alternativas que se puedan implementar.
- Compartir las conclusiones de proyectos anteriores para aplicar mejora continua en los siguientes proyectos.
- Participar en el proceso de evaluación de posibles futuros lanzamientos y coordinar a las diferentes áreas que deban participar en el mismo.
- Actuar como principal punto de contacto entre equipos regionales-locales y entre equipos internos-externos para los proyectos asignados.
Los requisitos mínimos para este rol son:
- Actitud de liderazgo
- Capacidad de influencia y habilidad negociadora.
- Rápida adaptación al cambio de prioridades y/o tareas.
- Capacidad de trabajar en múltiples proyectos a la vez.
- Inglés fluido hablado y escrito.
- Conocimiento medio/avanzado de Excel y Power Point.
- A valorar:
- Haber cursado algún curso de gestión de proyectos.
- Conocomiento de las fases preparatorias de un lanzamiento en la industria farmacéutica.
