We are looking for a **Project Manager** to join our team in either our **Marbella, Spain, or Malmö, Sweden** office. You will work alongside a skilled team focused on efficient, organized project execution to drive our company’s mission and success.
**About the Role**:
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing both internal and external projects, ensuring effective communication, clear documentation, and seamless execution at every stage. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll coordinate across teams and with external clients to achieve successful project outcomes.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Project Coordination**: Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment between internal teams and external clients.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Maintain transparency and clarity by communicating effectively with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Documentation**: Write and maintain high-quality tickets in our project management tool, **ClickUp**, including clear descriptions, acceptance criteria, and deadlines.
- **Project Planning**: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and regular status updates to keep projects on track.
- **Risk Management**: Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues to maintain smooth project progression.
**Mandatory Skills**:
We are looking for someone with experience in project management who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex tasks. You should have:
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using ClickUp (or similar project management tools) to create detailed project tickets with clear instructions and acceptance criteria.
- The ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English.
