For an important client based in O Grove - Pontevedra (Spain), we are looking for the following professional profile:
**On-Site IT Support Technician**
**Main responsibilities**:
- Provide first
- and second-level IT support to users
- Handle installation, configuration, and replacement of IT devices
- Collaborate with the central IT team to ensure proper management of workstations
- Monitor and take charge of tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalating when necessary
- Provide support on tools and peripherals related to production and logistics environments (scales, handheld terminals, etc.)
- Perform routine maintenance and updates of IT equipment
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in similar on-site technical support roles
- Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Office 365 suite, and ticketing tools
- Strong problem-solving skills, good interpersonal abilities, and customer-oriented approach
- Fluency in Spanish and English - the interview will be in English
**Work location**: O Grove - Pontevedra (Spain)
**Working hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
