R OLE AND DEPARTMENT
We are looking for an Initiatives Project Technical Leader, with solid CAD designing skills to be integrated in the Engineering team. We develop new initiatives, design the change parts needed to industrialize the products to be produced on new production lines.

THE ROLE Included in a multifunctional team, will participate in the new initiatives FMEA analysis anticipating each topic to be considered during de change parts design phase. Design and industrialization of format change parts needed in different production lines, delivering 2D drawings and 3D models, including details, assemblies and design drawings, starting from component drawings and /or from verbal or written instructions. Approved design will be sent to different suppliers for manufacturing, ensuring deliveries on time in accordance with established plan. Reception and verification of parts manufacturing. During testing and commissioning phase of different formats, will analyze and resolve all appeared incidents. Design and implementation of solutions to respond different technical requirements focused in improving operations result Can l participate in the design or improvement of the layouts for production lines Identification of opportunities and production of 3D printing parts, testing, and following the live of the parts Support to other Coty plants as per design as per production of change parts

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

**Essential**: Engineering degree (Industrial design or mechanical) Experience and knowledge of Autodesk Inventor & Autocad, Solidworks or similar programs 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing / filling operations Methodical, supportive, organized work attitude Good command of English Great communication skills Capacity to understand technical processes and reports related with the activity
