Come help us put more Grow in Growth - we’re seeking a mission-aligned Director, International Growth to join us As a key and new member of the senior leadership team reporting to the VP, Marketing, this role will set the vision and roadmap to achieve significant reach in kencko’s international growth. You’ll have a mildly blank canvas to shape how we thrive in international digital landscapes and set the strategy for how we achieve our mission. **Responsibilities** - Set the vision and roadmap for ambitious DTC international expansion including revenue targets and our paid growth strategy - Partner with the Marketing team to identify and align new market opportunities - Collaborate with the Product team to correlate member insights with the right products at the right time in the right channels - Partner with the Brand team to develop a cohesive, high-impact, and timely content calendar - Partner with the Digital Product team to support strategies and ensure a unique, integrated member experience - Partner with the Operations team to support fast delivery schemes, tailored country by country - Manage international e-commerce growth and other channels to deliver on revenue across the board - Working closely with our Finance team, manage the global eCommerce P&L; propose near and mid-term financial objectives; ensure sales and profitability targets are on track with our OKRs - Craft new ways to drive business and create deeper connections with our members - In time, build, engage, coach, and support a high performance team to sustainably support our growth **Experience You Bring** - 5+ years experience overseeing extensive growth of a DTC focused consumer brand in the UK & Europe - Deep expertise in building integrated digital experiences across multiple platforms - Previous P&L responsibility, sharp analytical skills and ability to deep dive into numbers quickly, savvy financial acumen, and confident, agile forecasting expertise in an ever-changing landscape - Proven track record of developing and implementing a paid growth strategy to drive expansion - Keen understanding of eCommerce success drivers - Inspiring leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to success and motivate teams to contribute their best work - Strong communicator who can use data to tell a compelling story to diverse sets of stakeholders - Enthusiasm to build and continually improve systems and processes in a rapid growth environment - Strong people leader with a demonstrated ability to build and inspire high-performance teams and cultivate a positive team culture **Nice-To-Haves** - Experience with CPG brands - Experience in the food and beverage space - Experience with subscription brands **What We Offer** - The opportunity to join a B-Corp team that is shaking-up the nutrition industry for the better - Remote work - An employee stock equity award - Private health insurance, kencko pays 100% premium for you and your spouse/domestic partner - 25 days of paid time off - Donation to your favorite charity on your birthday - Generous maternity/paternity and marriage leave - Free nutrition consultations - Steep discount on our products and free tastings - Wellness perks via our kencko-er assistance program (free sessions in personal legal, financial, mental health, and other well-being support) - A casual, dynamic, ambitious, and for real fun work environment "kencko is committed to bringing together individuals from different backgrounds and perspectives.
