As a B2B Content Writer within our Go-To-Market (GTM) team, you'll play a vital role in shaping our content strategy across multiple platforms. This position demands a results-oriented approach to content creation. Your work will directly impact our lead generation efforts, making you a key player in our continued success and growth.

**Summary**

We are seeking a B2B Content Writer with a gift for crafting compelling, high-quality content that speaks directly to our audience. This role is crucial for driving our marketing strategy, enhancing brand visibility, and directly contributing to our lead generation efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives (OKR’s) and the GTM team's needs.
- Responsible for driving Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through strategic content creation and optimization.
- Continuously measure and report on the performance of content initiatives, leveraging insights to drive strategies forward and ensure content directly contributes to the increase in MQLs and improvement in the MQL to SQL conversion rate.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in a B2B content writing position or similar role.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills in English.
- Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and purchase behavior, especially in enterprise-level companies.
- Demonstrated ability to produce content that leads to significant improvements in MQL, SQL conversion rates, and other key marketing metrics.
- Comfortable producing quality newsletters for top-level buyer personas and creating thought leadership materials that engage a high-level B2B audience.
- Familiarity with HubSpot is beneficial, but not required.
- Experience with ABM or interest within will be valued.
