We're looking for a **Category Manager** to own the Product updates / New SLT projects Apparel & Soft Accessories, product strategy & development timelines. **Your challenge & roles**: 1) Soft Goods Category Manager 2) Project management - ownership of Critical Path for each project - end to end 3) Stakeholders manager (supplier & designers) **Your responsibilities**: - Develop and execute product strategy for the Apparel and Soft Accessories category. - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the category. - Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and use that knowledge to inform product strategy and development - Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends and insights in product performance, and provide learnings to the Innovation team to lead each development - Own end-to-end project management for assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards. - Create and maintain Critical Path schedules for each project. - Manage product updates, ensuring accurate and timely updates to product data and information. - Analyze product data, reviews & returns to identify opportunities for improvement - Optimization of FOB regarding the categories you lead - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches. - "Communicate regularly with suppliers and vendors to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
