Para nuestro departamento de Business Services buscamos a un/a **Tender Support**con reporte directo a nuestra Sales Operations Manager.

Su misión será definir, desarrollar y ejecutar los procesos de preparación administrativa de propuestas comerciales con el objetivo de maximizar la productividad y la calidad de la respuesta comercial de Lyreco.

Entre las funciones principales del puesto:

- Preparar, desarrollar y mantener, en coordinación con los departamentos que corresponda, la documentación necesaria vinculada a los tenders para habilitar a Lyreco como proveedor en los organismos públicos y entidades privadas que formen parte del objetivo comercial
- Realizar un seguimiento de las publicaciones de licitaciones con el objetivo de priorizar y planificar la participación en los mismos
- Analizar los concursos, que esté valorando Lyreco como posibles oportunidades, con el objetivo de ofrecer su valoración sobre la viabilidad de los requerimientos administrativos
- Llevar a cabo toda la preparación administrativa de las licitaciones en tiempo y asegurar un nível de calidad que permita maximizar la productividad de la actividad comercial
- Recopilar, preparar y tramitar la información administrativa, tras la adjudicación de una licitación, en tiempo y forma para una correcta implementación e inicio del servicio
- Mejorar, adaptar y testar los procesos y herramientas asociadas a la preparación de concursos, con el objetivo de optimizar la productividad y la eficiencia comercial
- Asistir en la gestión, desarrollo y mejora de las bibliotecas de conocimiento para construir y compartir información.

**Requisitos**:

- CFGS/FP II Administración.
- Dominio total de todas las soluciones del paquete Office más SAP.
- Idiomas: Castellano avanzado y valorable nível intermedio de inglés y/o portugués.
- Nível avanzado de Office y de SAP.
- **Mínimo 2 años de experiência** en departamentos administrativo-comercial en la preparación de concursos públicos.
