Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem motivierten und zuverlässigen Mitarbeiter/-in für unser Backoffice, der/die sich mit der Betreuung von Freiberuflern auskennt und Lust hat, Teil unseres dynamischen Teams zu werden.

Als Mitarbeiter in unserem Backoffice wirst du eine wichtige Rolle in unserem Unternehmen einnehmen und uns dabei unterstützen, unsere Prozesse zu optimieren und reibungslos zu gestalten.

Wir wünschen uns eine aufgeschlossene und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit, die sich für den Bereich Contracting interessiert und gerne Verantwortung übernimmt.

**DAS BRINGST DU MIT**:

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, oder vergleichbar qualifizierende Berufserfahrung.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der **Abrechnung von Freiberuflern**:

- Du hast Kenntnisse in den Bereichen **Statusfeststellungsverfahren** und **Scheinselbstständigkeit** (Von Vorteil)
- Du bist geübt im Umgang mit den gängigen **MS Office Programmen**:

- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und verfügst über ein **strukturiertes und eigenständiges Arbeiten**:

- Du verfügst über** fließende Deutsch Kenntnisse**:

- Du hast **Teamgeist** und bist **kommunikationsstark**

**WAS DICH ERWARTET**:

- Du bist die **Schnittstelle** zwischen **Freiberuflern, Beratern** und **Buchhaltung**:

- Du betreust die **Vertragserstellung**, sowie die **Vertragsabwicklung** mit unseren Freiberuflern
- Du stellst die **Vollständigkeit aller Vertragsunterlagen** sicher
- Du stehst im **regelmäßigen Austausch** mit unseren Freiberuflern und übernimmst alle **After Sales Tätigkeiten**:

- Du bist für die **Vollständigkeit des Rechnungseingangs** unserer Freiberufler verantwortlich
- Du übernimmst die Einführung, Nutzung und Einweisung eines **Zeiterfassungs-Portals**, sowie die **Stammdatenpflege** in unserer **Datenbank**
