**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across various platforms.
- Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving desktop-related problems via help desk requests.
- Manage and configure Windows Server environments, including DNS settings and VPN connections.
- Utilize tools such as Jira and ServiceNow for tracking incidents and managing service requests.
- Perform routine maintenance on computer hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the network administration team to maintain network integrity and security.
- Document solutions for common issues to enhance the knowledge base for future reference.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in technical support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with Windows Server administration, DNS management, and VPN configuration.
- Experience using help desk software such as ServiceNow or Jira for incident tracking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to effectively assist users with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
