Position Overview

Digital Sales Representatives focus on understanding our customers' goals through inbound and outbound calls to sell our solutions digitally. We work with clients of all levels, in multiple industries, across a certain geographical market. We develop and transact digital deals whilst also nurturing long-lasting relationships between our customers and Autodesk. In cases where there is more specialised and in-depth discovery required, we continue to collaborate with Territory Sales Representatives as they guide the deal to close.

You will be target-based with fun incentives and a over achievable compensation plan, and you will report into a Digital Sales Manager, South Europe. The role is hybrid.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will create relationships with customers to identify business opportunities, transacting business directly with customers from inbound hotlines and outbound calls with the help of MGLs (Marketing Generated Leads).
- You will identify and prospect customers with new business potential and will discover their current pain in order to position our value added solutions.
- You will create all leads and opportunities using Salesforce, practicing great pipeline and lead management.
- You will manage outbound calls, inbound calls, processing orders, advancing opportunities, training, administration and career development.
- You will qualify and map important partners, business processes and technical requirements on deals.
- You will transition qualified opportunities for upselling to the appropriate sales representative or partner if necessary.
- You will represent us, navigating our resources to accommodate needs of customers.

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with sales, and a passion for learning
- Fluent English & native Spanish speaker.
- Portuguese or any other European language would be an advantage.
- Outbound calling experience.
- Familiarity with sales processes and selling methodologies.
- Ability to cooperate with other teams, multi-tasking and not afraid to adapt.
- Ability to own a complete sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Experience in the software or SaaS environment, interacting with clients of all levels, is a plus
- Experience closing business directly using appropriate tools/systems is a plus.
