**Job Description**:
**More specifically, you will**:
- Collaborate proactively with level 1 support for continuous improvements;
- Verify the actual service level against the defined and agreed SLA;
- Proactively propose improvements and changes in the business IT environment;
- Support the business in problem management and escalation processes;
- Work closely with Line of Business teams and rollout teams to onboard successfully new users to support & service management process;
- Communicate with stakeholders on an ongoing basis about all aspects of service support;
- Understand ITIL v4 standard procedures for Service Management;
- Review and evaluate the impact of new business requests;
- Manage the process to obtain formal confirmation that the service acceptance criteria have been met;
- Assess the risks associated with the proposed changes and ensure that changes to products, services or systems are controlled;
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s with relevant IT or Computer science background;
- Relevant experience managing requirements through the entire delivery and operational life cycle;
- Vendor Management Experience;
- Fluent English and Spanish (optional).
Additional Information
**This position will be based at our IT hub in Madrid.
