Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de nuestro próximo **Technical Support Analyst**con experiência en **atención al cliente.**Este rol tendrás la misión debrindar soporte técnico de **primer nível** de nuestros clientes, gestionando incidentes y requerimientos de forma eficiente y enfoque de satisfacción del cliente.

**Requisitos**

**1. Nível de inglés B2 (excluyente)**
**2.** Experiência en diagnóstico de incidentes técnicos y análisis de causa raíz.
**3.** Fundamentos en redes, conectividad y protocolos (IP, DNS, VPN)
**4.** Conocimientos Sistemas operativos.
**5.** Manejo de herramientas de ticketing y gestión de incidentes
**6.** Atención al cliente y comunicación efectiva por canales digitales
**7.** Registro y documentación de solicitudes técnicas

**Deseable**: bases de datos básicas (consultas SQL simples), monitoreo de servicios
