**Technical Team leader (Firmware)**

Estamos buscando para una multinacional especializada en Ingeniería y desarrollo de productos (Hardware y Software) en sectores médico (Laboratorio) y automoción un
**Technical Team leader (Firmware)** con experiência.

**Tus principales Funciones y responsabilidades incluirán**:

- Manage and lead a team of Firmware Engineers in the field of industrial projects and more

focus on BMS.
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on support to ensure timely delivery of high-quality

firmware projects that comply with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other technical teams such as hardware, system architects, and

mechanical team.
- Conduct team salary revision and KPIs annual revision.
- Code and review firmware projects in C/C++ for both baremetal and RTOS (FreeRTOS,

ThreadX, etc.) when needed.
- Work on several projects in parallel while ensuring timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with software lifecycle standards such as EN62304 (a plus).

**¿Cuál es el perfil que estamos buscando?**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience managing mid-sized teams.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

**Idioma**:

- **Nível B2 - C1 de inglés **que te permita trabajar en un entorno internacional o bien adaptarte en un corto periodo de tiempo.
