Position: IT Support Administrator

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide prompt and efficient technical support to contact centre agents, addressing any technical issues they encounter
- Perform regular system maintenance to optimize performance and ensure uninterrupted operations
- Offer basic network support, including troubleshooting network connectivity issues and assisting with IP, DHCP, DNS, and related tasks
- Document procedures and create comprehensive guides to facilitate efficient issue resolution and knowledge sharing within the team
- Manage IT assets, including inventory tracking, equipment procurement, and configuration management
- Contribute to security tasks by implementing and maintaining security measures and protocols
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective goals and maintain a cohesive work environment.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- About 2 years of experience in tech support, desktop support, or related fields
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, including troubleshooting and configuration
- Basic understanding of network administration principles (IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.) to address network-related issues
- Fluency in either English, Spanish, or Portuguese, enabling effective communication with a diverse team.
