Pagero is looking for a motivated Project Manager with a natural interest in IT and experience in integration projects to contribute towards the digitalization of our customers’ business processes.

**Work description**:
Working as a Project Manager at Pagero is a highly varied role that includes a broad range of diverse tasks and responsibilities in a project-based work environment. You will be the cohesive link between our customers, our sales team and the project team, becoming a relevant figure in the decision-making process. As a Project Manager, you will simultaneously lead and manage several projects for different customers, guiding them in their journey towards the best possible solution within the Pagero Network platform.

Other responsibilities include:

- Lead larger, complex and cross-functional projects for international customers
- Define project scope and establish project plan and project schedule
- Manage and steer project implementation towards overall success
- Allocate, coordinate and lead project resources across departments
- Monitor progress and report status to the project stakeholders
- Identify, analyse and manage project risks and challenges
- Ensure project profitability and alignment with business goals
- Develop our customers’ digital services and identify enhancement opportunities
- Guide our customers towards best-practice solutions across our platforms
- Participate in presale activities and project scoping to maximize customer value
- Perform business analyses for new markets, countries or services
- Create/Update internal documentation and develop/improve internal processes
- Drive improvement initiatives and contribute to project management best practices

**Minimum qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of project management experience
- Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)

**Desired qualifications**:

- Education in Project Management - Certification is a plus
- Previous experience with e-document flows, ERP systems or SaaS
- Previous experience in consultancy or international IT projects
- Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Additional language skills in Italian, Portuguese, French or German
