**Key Responsibilities**
We are looking for someone who is a strong doer that jumps in and executes from day one and is driven by producing and developing creatives that perform in line with product goals and marketing needs.
As a Team Lead Marketing Designer, you will manage +3 designers and work closely with departments like **ASO**, **Design**, **CRO**, **product **and **paid marketing **to align needs.
- Collaborate in the creative process, executing concepts, contributing ideas in brainstorming sessions, and providing all the stunning creatives needed.
- Collaborate producing performance marketing assets like Branding assets, App Icons, Screenshots, and other Store Promotional visual creatives, that reflect the features and also highlight the key selling points of our apps.
- Benchmarking and keeping an eye on competitors.
- Manage priorities and tasks for your team.
- Monitor and review designs for our products especially in the activation process (e.g. onboardings and paywalls)
- Support your team with daily problem solving, 1:1 and knowledge sharing.
- Manage team holidays and absences, following protocols established by the company.
- Work collaboratively with ASO, Design, CRO and paid marketing departments to align plannings and roadmaps.
- Anticipate possible resource needs and participate in the definition of the roles that are needed.
- Contribute to the development of your team with career paths and hire new design members if needed.
**Requirements**:
**Your expertise in a nutshell**:
- +4 years of experience working in design marketing or acquisition environments.
- Minimum of +2 years of experience managing designers.
- Experience with hiring processes.
- Strong and multidisciplinary visual skillset and softwares like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Good knowledge of UI design for mobile.
- Experience working with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Familiar with ideation, creative processes and marketing sensibility.
- Adapt to new ways to produce visual creatives. You know how to make compelling creatives from scratch or templates when needed.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Good communication skills.
- A problem solver with a great eye for detail, meticulous, curious, yet responsible, and motivated to expand your skills further.
- Proactive and self-driven yet a good team player with the ability to listen and communicate a positive attitude providing feedback to others’ work.
- Speak and write English at Professional Proficiency level.
**You get bonus points if you also have**:
- Knowledge of best practices in the App Stores Optimisation fields.
- Interest in data analysis and testing creative hypotheses.
- Passionate about visual communication, design and advertising trends.
- Fluent in Spanish.
