We are looking for a person to join a full-time temporary position based in Madrid.
**Responsibilities**:
**Your role as a Recruting Assistant will involve**:
- Write job descriptions and post them in the different recruitment platforms.
- CV screening matching applicants to job openings.
- Call applicants and perform phone screens.
- Facilitate meetings between hiring managers and applicants.
Qualifications:
**To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in recruiting or customer service will be valued.
- High level of Spanish and English.
- Proven experience of delivering against multiple priorities to time and quality in a target driven environment.
- Experience working with Recruitment Management systems and wider HR Technology is a plus.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Great communication skills.
