**Responsibilities**:
- High-volume Global scheduling of interviews (100+ Per
- week): phone screens, video conferencing, work samples, presentations and onsite interviews
- Facilitate all interviews to include Video/Onsite interviews as well as support pre/post-interview meetings and hosting duties
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
- Managing and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting
- Collaborating with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand the specific needs and requirements of open positions
- Participating in recruitment-related projects, such as employer branding and campus recruitment
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Providing regular reports and metrics on recruitment activities and results
- Networking with industry professionals to build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships (Hiring Managers, Recruiting and WorkPlace) and maintain effective communication channels
- Multi-task and effectively prioritize and work in a dynamic, demanding environment
- Additional Ad Hoc duties as needed by the Recruiting Coordination Team
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, either in-house or in an agency setting
- Experience recruiting for a wide range of technical positions and industries is preferred
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) is also a plus

- Excellent phone skills, Impeccable written communication skills, 60+ WPM typing ability
- High level of technical savvy & ability to learn new programs/systems

- Time availability minimum 25 hours per week.

**Salary**:
- Open to negotiation base on experience
- Phone and Internet Allowance $35 USD Monthly
