We are a professional, dynamic, multicultural team in rapid international growth, seeking new partners to help us create the best and most forward-thinking travel company of our generation. **What is our proposal?** **What will you do?** **Strategy Development**: - Develop and execute a comprehensive SEM strategy aligned with overall business objectives and marketing goals. - Identify new opportunities for growth, including emerging trends and strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO, content, and product and technology to ensure an integrated approach. **Campaign Management**: - Oversee the creation, implementation, and management of all paid search campaigns across multiple platforms. - Manage a significant SEM budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI. - Conduct regular A/B testing and optimization of ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies. **Team Leadership**: - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SEM specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. - Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities. **Analytics and Reporting**: - Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, etc.) and provide actionable insights. - Generate regular reports for senior leadership, highlighting campaign results, trends, and areas for improvement. - Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker and other platforms) to drive data-driven decision-making. **Vendor and Partnership Management**: - Manage relationships with external agencies, ad platforms, and other partners. - Negotiate contracts and ensure that third-party vendors deliver on KPIs. **Compliance and Best Practices**: - Stay current with SEM best-in-class practices, industry trends, and algorithm updates to ensure compliance and maintain competitive advantage. - Ensure all SEM activities adhere to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and ethical standards. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. - Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in SEM, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or managerial role. - Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale SEM campaigns with a substantial budget of over 7 digits. - Experience in B2C travel or similar industries is highly desirable. - Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms. - Proficiency in SEM tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, SA360 and others. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. - Excellent leadership and team management abilities. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - SQL and Python is a plus. - Fluent in English. **Benefits** - Competitive compensation package in line with job responsibilities and experience. - Additionally, we propose the use of flexible compensation management for diet, transportation, private health insurance with Cobee. - Hybrid work model: offices in Barcelona City. - Permanent contract from the start. - Travel packages at reduced prices - Referral bonus, if you bring people as talented as you. - Unlimited coffee, team lunches, English lesson, bi-anual company parties. - And last but not least, becoming part of a fun and motivated multicultural team at an agile and rapid growing organization. - Exoticca is an equal opportunity employer.
