**Key job responsibilities**
- You will be responsible for day-to-day Prime Video Compliance Trust & Safety Operations through content moderation, classification, and data labeling activities.
- Work cross-functionally to review content to ensure it adheres to established content guidelines.
- Review Prime Video content, often of a graphic nature, and enforce policy decisions related to content.
- Handle and review sensitive material to protect the platform and keep users safe.
- Gather, analyze, and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall Prime Video user experience.
- Research and stay up-to-date on key trends and suspicious patterns across policy areas, along with participating in content calibrations.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in data-driven business operations process
- Proficiency in English and Italian

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content.
- Experience identifying abuse trends or working in news or policy with a passion for international issues, including freedom of expression and online controversial content.
- Experience working with global teams.
