Actualmente estamos buscando un **Responsable de Actividades** motivado para gestionar un equipo a través de los múltiples productos que ofrecen los clubes David Lloyd.
Como Director de Actividades dirigirás y gestionarás un funcionamiento eficiente de todas las actividades que tienen lugar en los Departamentos de Fitness, actividades dirigidas, Raquetas, Natación y Familia dentro de tu Club DL y darás a nuestros socios una experiência fabulosa cada día.
Actuará regularmente como Manager On Duty, responsabilizándose del funcionamiento eficiente de todo el club. Dirigirás el reclutamiento, la formación y la capacitación de tu equipo para asegurarte de que aportan lo mejor de sí mismos cada día con el fin de ofrecer una experiência excepcional a nuestros socios.
Además, te damos las herramientas y la oportunidad de crecer, desarrollarte, avanzar y progresar a través de nuestros programas de formación interna hasta llegar a Asistente de Director General, Director General o el siguiente paso que quieras dar.

**¿Qué buscamos?**
Buscamos un director motivado que se enorgullezca de ofrecer un servicio excepcional a nuestros socios y esté dispuesto a trabajar con el Director General del club para garantizar una experiência segura y de primera calidad en todo el club.
Deberá tener experiência en la gestión de un equipo en un establecimiento de servicios (por ejemplo, un restaurante, una atracción, una tienda, un centro deportivo o de ocio) y conocimientos en la gestión de diversas funciones con retos y objetivos variables. También se requiere experiência en gestión y planificación financiera, pasión por el servicio al cliente y excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración.
