**Responsabilidades**:
***Tiene la misión de llevar a cabo la logística y coordinación de la gestión de programas del IESE, ofreciendo un excelente servicio a los clientes internos y participantes de programas.
Sus funciones principales son:
- Asesorar, colaborar, tramitar y controlar las operaciones necesarias (logística, restauración, audiovisuales, limpieza, parking, mantenimiento, etc.) para el buen desarrollo de las distintas actividades y programas de la escuela.
- Gestión de solicitudes, incidencias y resoluciones del personal interno en temas relacionados con reserva de espacios, material, mensajería, comedor, mantenimiento, seguridad, etc.
- Coordinación para la optimización de instalaciones y servicios.
- Atención telefónica a los clientes internos.
- Trabajo en equipo: trabaja de forma coordinada con el resto del equipo;
- Gestión de recursos: conoce los objetivos y analiza con detenimiento cuál es el modo más eficiente de alcanzarlos; tiene en cuenta los posibles usos alternativos de los recursos teniendo en cuenta su rentabilidad; cumple el presupuesto aprobado para cada proyecto.
- Proactividad: iniciativa, creatividad y optimismo. Toma la dirección de los problemas y está encima de ellos hasta que se han resuelto; responde con un apropiado nível de urgencia; promueve frecuentemente mejora en su departamento.
- Organización y priorización: sabe gestionar y coordinar esfuerzos para alcanzar los objetivos a corto plazo; analiza la información para ser capaz de priorizar.
