People Operations Assistant

Our People Operations team is the driver of Fluendo People's processes to strive for excellence and a key piece in elevating the experience of our Flunions lifecycle. We are looking for someone to support our team and with huge capacity to grow internally within the team and with high levels of energy.
- Support the People Operations Team managing onboarding/offboardings.
- Be part of the payroll process, working together with our different payroll providers and benefits.
- Support all monthly and annual salary process related to all employees.
- Manage overall contract renewals and extensions.
- Manage and keep updated our internal People platform (Kenjo) to maintain an up-to-date employee database.
- Work together with the People Team to create new projects and policies at a global level.
- Have an understanding and context of labor law to assure continuous compliance with Spanish labor laws and regulations will be a plus.
- Student of Labour Relations/Psychology with the possibility to do and internship agreement with the University.
- Personal efficiency and teamwork.
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships, motivate and collaborate with others are essential.
- Good level of English to communicate with our international team.
- Good computer skills and experience with MS Office.
- HR & Payroll knowledge is a plus.
