People Assistant

**Description**:
We are excited to announce a new internship opportunity in SAYE as People Assistant. We believe that our team is the heart of our organisation, and the People department is committed to creating a work environment that values collaboration, growth, and innovation.

**Main Responsabilities**:
The People departament is a combination between our old Administration & HR departments, therefore this role requires specific skills such as discretion, empathy and mediation.

The People Assistant will report to the People Manager and will work transversally with all departments, on the following tasks:

- Managing the needs of the office, its state and inventory.
- Supervising vacation calendar and controlling time/attendance through our HR software.
- Helping to organise monthly team building activities (1 major activity each trimester and some office events) and bimontly internal surveys.
- Managing our benefits´ plan proposing new ones and controlling the current ones.
- Updating profile information´s data in our HR software and People documents. We have a developing internal public dashboard project for the People Department as a data driven company.
- Helping during the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Work on People reporting of data and KPIs in order to improve the processes, apps, files, tutorials, etc.

**Background / experience**:

- Studying a master or career´s degree in Organisational Psychology, HR or Labor Relations is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- We are a very intersecting and transparent company but confidentiality will be a must.
- Excel level medium/high.
- Influence and relationship building skills are a must. Having the ability to engage and motivate others daily.
- Fluid English and Spanish.
- Previous work experience is a plus.
- Labour law knowledge is a plus.
