THE ENTOURAGE GROUP creates and builds internationally acclaimed concepts. The brainchild of creative entrepreneur Yossi Eliyahoo ‘Hospitality Entrepreneur of 2015’, THE ENTOURAGE GROUP’s story began in Amsterdam in 2008 with the launch of MOMO, a sophisticated Asian-fusion restaurant, bar and lounge that immediately established itself as the go-to venue for local and international tastemakers.

We are looking for a confident Head Waiter/Waitress to join our brand new team for our extravagant, fine-dining steakhouse MR PORTER. As a Head Waiter/Waitress you will be required to run the restaurant with a compact team of staff to provide an unforgettable, overall dining experience for our guests. The MR PORTER STEAKHOUSE team is looking for someone who enjoys working as a team and providing efficient and incredible service to our customers. As a Head Waiter/Waitress you will not only uplift the guests dining experience during their visit, but you will also uplift your team to the next level. We are looking for an individual who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role and who can multi-task various duties. Furthermore, you should be a team player, be able to effectively communicate with your colleagues and lead by example.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the floor team
- Be fully responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the restaurant, staff management and training along with ordering and stock control
- Report to the Assistant General Manager
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about the shared-dining concept, ingredients or potential food allergies)
- Offer menu recommendations upon request
- Coordinate the communication between the floor and the kitchen team
- Coordinate the table settings
- Positive attitude and aim to provide great communication skills
**Contract conditions**:

- Permanent seasonal contract = Fixed-term contract to work annually from 1 April to 31 July. With the possibility of extending.
- Work experience as a Head Waiter Waiter or Head Waitress
- Strong team player
- A strong desire to develop a career in high-end restaurants
- Attentiveness and patience for customers
- Aim to deliver excellent presentation skills
- Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Team spirit
- Flexibility to work in shift
- Fluent speaking, writing in English & Spanish
