The brainchild of creative entrepreneur Yossi Eliyahoo ‘Hospitality Entrepreneur of 2015’, THE ENTOURAGE GROUP’s story began in Amsterdam in 2008 with the launch of MOMO, a sophisticated Asian-fusion restaurant, bar and lounge that immediately established itself as the go-to venue for local and international tastemakers.

A warm smile and a friendly conversation go a long way in making someone feel welcomed and our MR PORTER STEAKHOUSE Hostess team creates the guests first and lasting impression. As a Hostess you are responsible for creating a warm, friendly and incredible environment for the MR PORTER STEAKHOUSE guests’ dining experience. Our MR PORTER STEAKHOUSE Hostess thrive on making loyal guests by taking them to their seats and presenting them with clean menus in a courteous, quick and professional manner, and greeting them with a warm and genuine goodbye. Ultimately, you'll ensure that we provide excellent guest service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests, always with a smile.

**Responsibilities**
- A warm and welcoming delivery while processing our valued reserved and walk-in guests
- Excellent customer service skills in person and over the phone
- Positive attitude and aim to provide communication skills
- Provide accurate information and monitor waiting lists
- Escort customers to assigned dining or bar area
- Provide menus and explain the concept to our guests
- Bidding goodbye
- Maintain a clean reception and working area
- Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
- Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
- Assist waiter staff as needed

**Contract conditions**:

- Permanent seasonal contract = Fixed-term contract to work annually from 1 April to 31 July. With the possibility of extending.

**Functievereisten**:

- Previous work experience as a hostess
- Excellent customer service skills in person, in writing and in speaking
- Availability to work in shifts as needed
- Flexible availability on nights and weekends
- Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
- English needs to be spoken fluently
