**Responsibilities**
- _Lead change management assessments_ _aligned with customer's customized project needs_
- _Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation methodology_
- _Anticipate, identify and manage stakeholder resistance_
- _Consult and coach teams and individuals_
- _Create actionable deliverables for the key change management pillars: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan_
- _Support and engage leadership and sponsors_
- _Coach teams, managers and department leads_
- _Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities_
- _Integrate change management activities into project plan_
- _Evaluate and ensure user readiness_
- _Manage stakeholders and conduct regular risk, impact reviews_
- _Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress_
- _Support change management at the organizational level_
- _Manage the change portfolio and define and measure success KPIs_

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Ability to navigate change management within ambiguous conditions in critical project details
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across multiple segments of users and leaders
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
- Forward looking with a holistic approach
- Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
