En AD4 Octógono estamos contratando. Buscamos un Change Manager con experiencia en el sector Energía/Utilities Ubicación: Teletrabajo | Posibilidad de contratación freelance Salario: 40.000 – 44.000 € Requisitos clave: Conocimiento sólido en Amazon AWS Inglés alto, fluido para comunicación con clientes británicos Experiencia imprescindible: Mínimo 5 años de experiencia progresiva en Change Management , utilizando metodologías reconocidas (certificación PROSCI/ADKAR es un plus). Experiencia directa en Energía/Utilities , especialmente con aplicaciones IT relacionadas con: Gestión de activos de energías renovables (Wind/PV) Sistemas de gestión de energía (EMS) o SCADA Integración con mercados eléctricos (trading, programación, mecanismos de balance en Reino Unido o Europa) Capacidad de comprender arquitecturas IT complejas y traducir los detalles técnicos en narrativas de cambio claras para el negocio Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal en inglés Habilidades de influencia, negociación y resolución de conflictos Conocimiento en metodologías de gestión de proyectos Waterfall y Agile (Scrum, SAFe) Deseable: Experiencia en consultoría IT o roles de cara al cliente Conocimiento de regulaciones del mercado eléctrico del Reino Unido (ESO/National Grid) Titulación universitaria relevante (Administración de Empresas, Psicología Organizacional, IT, o similar) Responsabilidades: Estrategia de cambio: Diseñar y ejecutar un plan de Change Management alineado con los objetivos del proyecto y la cultura organizacional Gestión de stakeholders: Identificar y gestionar relaciones con stakeholders clave (IT, operaciones, trading, liderazgo ejecutivo) Plan de comunicación: Desarrollar campañas de comunicación efectivas para mantener informados a los stakeholders y gestionar preocupaciones sobre cambios de sistema Formación y preparación: Evaluar necesidades de formación y supervisar la creación y entrega de programas de capacitación para asegurar la adopción de nuevas aplicaciones y procesos Evaluación de impacto: Analizar cómo los cambios afectan roles, procesos y estructura organizativa en gestión de activos y equipos de integración de mercado Gestión de resistencia: Identificar puntos de resistencia y desarrollar planes de mitigación para acelerar la adopción de cambios Métricas de cambio: Definir y monitorizar métricas de adopción y readiness para evaluar la efectividad de las acciones de Change Management Si tienes pasión por la transformación digital en el sector energético y cumples con los requisitos, queremos conocerte
