Your role will be accountable for driving business growth, executing strategic initiatives, and partnering with the Vendors to discover opportunities for growth. You will build and lead a team of managers and teammates to create a shared vision and a combined plan for the region focused on managing vendor performance at the program, market, and site level working closely with vendor management. You will partner with cross-functional teams such as Acquisitions and Onboarding Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO), Product and Sales Activation (PSA), RSO Vendor Strategy and Operations (VSO), Acquisitions Marketing, and Sales Finance to ensure successful performance on an ongoing basis. You will ensure vendor programs deliver against quarterly goals on core program metrics, while driving improvement in ROI, efficiency and standardization across programs and markets. In this role, you will partner with the Acquisitions Marketing team and the New Business Sales (NBS) team to ensure lead volumes and plans are aligned as well as partnering with VSO to define vendor strategy, including location strategy, challenger models, and preferred vendors. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses. **Responsibilities**: - Partner with VSO to define vendor strategy, including location strategy, challenger models, and preferred vendors. - Manage overall productivity and efficiency of the Vendor and partner in partnership with RSO and VSO. - Develop vendor performance best practices and modify on to improve effectiveness and ensure alignment with priorities. - Define Go-To-Market plans for the region, working across multiple vendor programs. - Plan and implement corrective action for any performance problem areas, and engage on vendor-level performance areas with VSO Regional and Site Leads.
