Reportando directamente al Branch Manager de WSS, la persona seleccionada será responsable de alcanzar los objetivos anuales de pedidos y ventas, enfocados en:
- El negocio de alquiler de equipos en todos los segmentos.
- La venta de equipos de Dewatering en la zona asignada para las distintas marcas de Xylem.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Implementar las estrategias comerciales definidas por el Branch Manager o Segment Leader, impulsando la promoción de los productos y servicios de la compañía.
- Definir y ejecutar el plan de acción del portafolio asignado, en coordinación con el Branch Manager, analizando e interpretando los resultados mensuales.
- Dar soporte técnico-comercial a la fuerza de ventas en el desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias de venta.
- Identificar y evaluar clientes potenciales (nuevos y existentes), analizando sus necesidades, las tendencias del mercado y la actividad de los principales competidores.
- Analizar el impacto de las actividades comerciales actuales, utilizando todas las fuentes de datos disponibles, e identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio a corto y medio plazo.
- Mantener actualizada la base de datos de clientes y oportunidades en Salesforce.
- Coordinarse con Marketing para alinear campañas, promociones, formaciones y seminarios.
- Colaborar con el equipo de logística para ajustar las ofertas a la disponibilidad del parque de alquiler en Iberia.
- Gestionar otras tareas relacionadas con el puesto que el Branch Manager pueda requerir según las necesidades del negocio.
Formación y experiência requeridas:
- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en puestos técnico-comerciales.
- Formación técnica en equipos de bombeo.
- Valorable (no imprescindible) titulación en ingeniería u otras formaciones relacionadas con el negocio de Xylem o la gestión comercial.
- Amplio conocimiento del mercado y sus productos; se valorará experiência en el ciclo integral del agua.
- Conocimientos de inglés serán un plus.
