**The Opportunity**:
TraceLink EMEA team is looking for an Account Administrator to join our Sales team in Barcelona. This new role will help our customers in the region as we continue our expansion. As Account Administrator y you will handle administrative tasks and account management for our customer and TraceLink's extended team. The Account Manager will be a key member of the sales team and they can look forward to career progression.

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accuracy of sales orders and invoices.- Maintain and update sales and customer records and develop monthly sales report.- Work closely with the sales team Account Executives and Solution Consultants to facilitate resolution of customer inquiries.- Help coordinate the customer communication including Finance, support, services with relevant TraceLink teams.- Help the Sales team in Account specific research and help to document the minutes of meetings, ensure SF updates are accurate and help in reports generation.- Participate in TraceLink events and Marketing campaigns as necessary.- Work collaboratively with other team members to share information, expertise and market feedback

**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent is preferred- Hands on experience with CRM Software and MS Office (Excel in particular) is beneficial- Understanding of sales performance metrics.- BA/BS degree or compensatory experience required.- Ability to work both independently and as a part of the TraceLink team.- Outstanding verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic startup environment.
