Grifols, S.A. is looking for an IT Infrastructure Systems Administrator 2. You will support the design, installation, administration, and ongoing maintenance of the Grifols IT infrastructure platforms and you will also provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams and staff in evaluating infrastructure suitability, capabilities, and options.

**What your Responsibilities will be**

You will have the opportunity to:

- Design, maintain and improve the overall DR plans and understand their interdependencies.
- Provide inputs, corrective and risk mitigation actions for continuous improvement.
- Manage all related documentation, defining and standardizing requirements for policy and procedure compliance.
- Develop and understand all testing necessary for a successful DR execution. Support all DR exercises.
- Perform Contingency implementation, testing and training with the related teams.
- Work with the IT technical staff to ensure that disaster recovery solutions are adequate, in place, maintained, and tested as part of the regular operational life cycle.
- Work independently and remotely on a wide range of products. We need you to have availability to perform actions on-site, if required.
- Represent disaster recovery cost requirements in the annual budgeting process.
- Regularly report Disaster Recovery activities to upper management.
- Act as liaison for auditing and examination of disaster recovery processes.

**Who you are**
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Information technology or equivalent.
- You have 5 years in IT, and 2 years in IT Contingency or Project Management experience.
- You are comfortable with cross-platform technologies (networks, security, virtualization, OS, storage, backup) both in cloud and on-prem.
- You have experiencie delivering services across a wide range of platforms, technologies and requirements, being able to design, implement and support the solutions.
- You have communication and time management skills.
- You have an overall knowledge of SOX and GMP policies desired.
- You have knowledge of IT services, processes, and operating models.
- You are able to provide efficient oversight, management and compliance with policies and security frameworks.
- You have ability to write, share and maintain related documentation, like procedures, operation and troubleshooting guides.
- You have capacity to work in a high dependency, complex environment.
- You are committed to own personal development, actively contributing to management appraisals and training.
- You are proficiency in Spanish and English.
