The Accountant will ensure the integrity and reporting accuracy of the organization's financial results, will prepare financial reports and present findings and recommendations to management.
- Provide administration support including processing payments and managing invoices.
- Create, send, and follow up on invoices.
- Post journal entries to the general ledger, perform cost analysis and calculate accruals as needed.
- Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested. Help oversee and manage individual accounts to adhere to department budgets.
- Creating financial reports on a regular basis. Perform monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc financial reporting and analysis of the balance sheet.
- Responsible for taxes submissions. Conduct statutory and reporting requirements to ensure compliance with local laws.
- Comply with the company's financial policies and procedures.
- Answers question and provide assistance to stakeholders, customers, and clients as needed. Treasury management. Monitor cash balances, follow up on collections, payments, etc.

Other Skills:

- At least 3 years of experience
- Fluent in English. The accountant will be the main point of contact with the headquarters based in Ireland and will be required to perform presentations in English.
- Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan, accomplish daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and work independently as well as with a team.
