**Job Description**:

- To provide planning, support, design and supervise of the company's HVAC systems in various Evolution locations across the world.
- To provide planning, support, design and supervise of the company's Water/Sewage systems in various Evolution locations across the world.
- Analyze technical drawings, interpreted specifications, and determine the HVAC requirements of a given project.
- Liaise with other engineers external and internal to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Manage and monitor all assigned HVAC projects.
- Ensure health and safety codes are obeyed at all times.
- Complete quality assurance on all HVAC components and projects and writing up reports.
- Use CAD software to draft designs.
- Analyze and approve various construction and engineering plans.
- Diagnose problems and troubleshooting equipment.
- Ensuring all deadlines and budgetary requirements are met.
- Keeping abreast of the latest developments in engineering.
- To manage or supervise specialists and sub-contractors working with the company's Water/Sewage systems.
- Communicate directly with internal customers to understand project requirements, goals, design specifications, and operational environments to evaluate cost, feasibility, and implementation of new Water/Sewage equipment.

- Makes sure that all the HVAC engineering deliverables are following the project and other relevant regulatory requirements and that it meets with the approved specifications.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of HVAC installation, design development and provide author supervision.
- To develop new energy efficiency solutions depending of microclimate locations according to EVO standards.
- Investigate world markets for new technologies possibility implementation in current and new builds.
- Consult on HVAC system and equipment design for a wide range of projects, and work with other engineers, project managers, and construction professionals as needed to create and/or modify design parameters.
- Manage replacing and upgrading of the current system to meet the newly developed system requirements.
- Analyze HVAC systems and equipment when necessary to find inefficiencies or malfunctions and create solutions to optimize performance and increase the efficiency of operation.
- In case of malfunctions on the equipment, identifying the problem, requesting support from the manufacturer and carrying on correspondence with it, communicating the symptoms, performing the operations and taking the measures indicated. Finding the source of the problem and acting to remedy the situation in the shortest time possible.
- To manage or supervise specialists and sub-contractors working with the company's HVAC and other mechanical systems.
- Ensuring the best and efficient collaboration and dialogue between the technical personnel and the suppliers of the respective equipment and various services.
- Immediately notifying the persons in charge with the equipment and the users about any problem with the ventilation, cooling, water, power supply system’s etc.
- Analyze all load programs and perform required calculations and manage all electrical requirements for HVAC and fire safety equipment and recommend improvements.
