We are looking for a Junior Accounting Manager (M/F/d) to join our team in Madrid

**How you’ll be hosting with heart**:

- You will manage and support all accounting functions within the local subsidiaries
- You will assist in the month end reporting process to deliver timely and accurate information
- You will have full responsibility for a part of the ledger processes, as well as for bank reconciliations
- You will manage the coordination and collaboration with external consultants
- You will monitor the cash flow in all company subsidiaries and accounts
- You will manage bank accounts, AP and AR
- You will participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial efficiency and controls
- You will manage the intercompany control of transactions
- You will assist with audits

**What you need to shoot for the stars**:

- You have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics or related fields and would be available for a full-time position with us in Madrid
- You have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the field
- You are experienced working in an international and cross-functional organization and have monthly reporting experience.
- You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and are able to organize and plan accordingly in a changing work environment
- You are experienced with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end closing process preparation
- You have strong analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles, in order to analyze financial reports
- You are fluent in Spanish and English, French is desirable and will be highly valued
- Proficiency level of Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
