Data Platform Product Lead

Our squads are empowered to make decisions and figure out for themselves how to tackle our biggest challenges.
Our Senior Data Product Managers will typically work across multiple teams to deliver a goal, then pick up other goals as the work progresses and priorities shift. Squads ship daily, test constantly, and try to deliver real user value every week. This means we look for generalist Data Product Managers who thrive on change and are constantly taking on new challenges.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into data platform requirements, with particular focus on data science, business analytics, ProdEng teams and ML teams to ensure the platform can support advanced analytics and machine learning use cases
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for the data platform and drive innovation
- Formulate a strategy and break into phased goals
- Develop and execute a product roadmap for the data platform in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and execute on the product roadmap
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the data platform
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders on the status of the product and upcoming releases
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- Strong understanding of data technologies and concepts, such as data governance, data warehousing, ETL, and machine learning
- Ability to work with engineering, Business Analytics and Data Science teams to define requirements and prioritize features
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Experience of vendor selection and procurement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus
