**Product Platform Lead**
The Product Platform Lead is an outcomes-driven problem solver, whose primary purpose is to lead the Product lines to success by navigating the complexity of delivering software solutions consistently across large and distinct environments.
**Responsabilities**:
- Combined role of 50% Product Platform lead for Corporate Office ( CRE, Co Security, MS&A, Regional Coordination, Support BoD, Gastronomy) & 50% Product manager for CRE and Co Security.
- In this role you will be managing the epics backlog. Overseeing all product backlogs with complex scope and inter-dependencies. This includes the collection of metrics and KPI’s
- Owning products of the respective functions.
- The incumbent plays a critical link between multiple product teams and digital leads; facilitating communications, opening the flow of information, and sharing important progress updates to ensure all teams
involved in the Product Platform are focused on successful delivery. All that we overall company strategy consideration, commitment and goals.
- Coordinates activities and new demand as key contact for the Digital lead and actively propose new technical opportunities or developments in the market
- Communication & coordination with key stakeholders and GPOs in the functional area.
- Resolves issues and manages dependencies and risks across and between products of the respective platform.
- Leverages agile delivery metrics and regular Agile ceremonies to identify and drive continuous improvement, in order to maximize organizational performance and execution against the backlog
- Regularly participates in Community of Practice helping the organization to maintain alignment, learn new techniques, and improve technical and quality practices.
**Education & Experience**
5+ years’ experience as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Project/Program Manager for a portfolio
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence peers and stakeholders
Experience leading teams in delivering quality software and Experience leveraging and interpreting agile metrics is preferred; Understanding of Agile at scale philosophies & methodologies
Experience with Organizational Change Management practices is preferred
Experience working in an Agile organization using Scrum, XP, Kanban, or Agile at Scale practices is preferred
