Therefore, we’re looking for a smart, empathetic and hard-working problem solver with native German and people skills. **Responsibilities**:

- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide solutions and alternatives within the given SLA’s
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Report errors, bugs and improvement opportunities to our dedicated team
- Process and edit orders
- Support your team members and encourage a positive work environment
- Regular involvement in projects, team meetings and events
- Reach individual and team KPI’s
- Improve the customer happiness department and ensure a high level of customer service at all times

**Perfil**:
Required Skills & Background
- Native German or English
- It will be a plus if you speak other languages such as,French, Italian etc.
- Good interpersonal skills and relations with peers, other departments and customers
- High level of empathy
- Intermediate IT skills
- An open mind to change: we have an ever changing, fast-paced and dynamic environment
- If you have some Logistic experience in Customer Service, Customization, Warehousing, Transportation...it will be greatly appreciated :)
