Are you a motivated and organized professional with excellent communication skills? Do you have a knack for building relationships and generating sales opportunities? If so, The Golf Growth Group is offering an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as an **Appointment Setter**.
**About the Role**:
As an **Appointment Setter / Sales Team Member**, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by scheduling meetings and appointments with potential clients. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure that they have a steady stream of qualified leads to close. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining client relationships and providing crucial support to help the team meet its sales goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Qualification**: Work with inbound leads to qualify prospects and schedule appointments with the sales team
- **Outbound Calling**: Make outbound calls to golf clubs and other potential clients to introduce our offerings and set appointments
- **Follow-Up**: Maintain communication with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and ensure smooth handoffs to sales reps
- **Support Sales Team**: Assist in developing sales strategies and offer administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations
- **CRM Management**: Update and maintain client information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of all interactions
**What We Offer**:
- **Competitive Salary**: €2,000 per month
- **Commission**: OTE €40,000 - €50,000

**Who We’re Looking For**:
- **Communication Skills**: Strong phone communication skills with the ability to engage potential clients and build rapport
- **Organized & Detail-Oriented**: Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up with prospects in a timely manner
- **Proactive**: Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed appointment-setting goals
- **Language**: Native-level English speaker; additional languages are a plus but not essential
- **Location**: Must be within an hour's commute of Malaga City
