**Job Title**: Appointment Setter - Wealth Management and Financial services.

**Location**: Malaga, Centro, Andalucia (Remote/Hybrid)

**Job Type**: Full-Time or Part-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce wealth management services and set up appointments for consultants.
- **Lead Generation**: Work from provided lists, CRM systems, and client referrals to identify potential clients.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate and manage the calendar of the wealth management consultant, ensuring timely follow-up with prospects.
- **Maintain CRM System**: Keep accurate records of interactions, call notes, and outcomes in the company’s CRM system.
- **Qualification of Leads**: Ask appropriate questions to pre-qualify prospects and ensure they meet the criteria for the consultant’s services.
- **Performance Reporting**: Provide daily or weekly reports on call activity, appointments set, and any challenges encountered.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service (preferably in the financial or wealth management sector).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor and strong listening abilities.
- **Sales-Driven**: Must be comfortable with cold calling, making outbound calls, and achieving daily/weekly appointment goals.
- **Organisational Skills**: Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and handle a busy calendar.
- **Discretion**: Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- **Self-Motivated**: Must be a self-starter who can work independently and in a team setting.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with wealth management, financial services, or high-net-worth client bases.
- Strong sales background or experience in lead qualification and customer engagement.
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.

**Compensation**:

- **Base Salary**: €2,000 pro-rata depending on hours
- **Performance Bonus**: OTE

Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa, Media jornada

Sueldo: A partir de 2.000,00€ al mes

Horas previstas: entre 20 y 40 a la semana

Beneficios:
