This Position reports to:
Workshop Manager

**Drives Service Workshop Trainee**

**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Direct participation in the diagnosis, disassembly, reconditioning, repair, and testing of variable frequency drives under the supervision of a specialized technician.
- Logistics support, materials tracking, and waste management.
- Repair analysis. Integrate and automate tracking in Excel (MS Excel, Power BI).

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

**Qualifications for the Role**
- Education: Currently enrolled (or have completed) a mid-level / advanced, or engineering degree in one or more of the following fields: mechanics, electricity, electronics, or automation.
- Languages: Spanish, English (Level B2)
- Additional knowledge: Skills in using digital devices, basic knowledge of digital tools for monitoring technical processes (Excel, SAP, Power BI, etc.) is a plus; analytical and problem-solving skills; motivation and curiosity.
- Work model: #LI-hybrid_
